Family Fun Night
Games, stories, and giggles
Bring the whole family to JLC Speech Therapy for a relaxed night of hands-on play, storytime, and snacks. Kids explore our space while grown-ups meet our therapists. No appointment, no pressure, just fun.

— What's planned
Six ways to play, all under one roof
Drop in to any station, in any order. Every activity is designed by our speech-language pathologists, so the fun quietly builds talking, listening, and turn-taking.
Story corner
Interactive read-alouds with props and sound effects, and plenty of chances for little voices to join in.
Game stations
Board games and turn-taking games that build listening, sharing, and conversation, disguised as pure fun.
Craft table
Make-and-take crafts that kids talk through step by step. Everyone goes home with something they made.
Sing-along
Songs, rhymes, and movement games for wiggly kids and shy talkers alike.
Snack bar
Kid-friendly snacks and drinks. Tell us about any allergies when you RSVP.
Meet the team
Tour the space and chat with our therapists. Bring your questions about speech and language.
Why we host it
Play is how kids find their voice
Children learn language best when they're relaxed and having fun. Family Fun Night is our chance to open the doors, let kids get comfortable in our space, and give parents a low-key way to meet the people behind JLC.
You don't need to be a current client. Neighbors, friends, and siblings are all welcome.
- All ages
- Siblings welcome
- Grown-ups stay and play
- No appointment needed

Good to know
Who is Family Fun Night for?
Families with young children, whether or not you work with us today. Bring siblings, grandparents, and friends.
Does it cost anything?
No. The evening is free. We just ask you to RSVP so we have enough snacks and craft kits.
Do we have to stay the whole time?
Not at all. Come for twenty minutes or the whole evening. Drop in and leave whenever suits your family.
What if my child gets overwhelmed?
Big feelings are welcome here. Our therapists are used to them, and you can step out for a break any time.
Can I ask about my child’s speech?
Yes. Our therapists will be around all evening. It's an informal chat rather than an evaluation, and we're happy to help you decide on next steps.
Save your family's spot
RSVP so we can plan snacks and craft kits. In the message, tell us how many adults and kids are coming, and mention any allergies.
